Garlinghouse to Headline Wyoming Blockchain Symposium Amid Regulatory Focus
The third annual Wyoming Blockchain Symposium is set to take place from August 17-20 in Jackson Hole, and it will be headlined by Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse.
Garlinghouse will share the stage with SEC Chair Paul Atkins, who was also involved in a high-profile enforcement action against Ripple in March 2026. The company settled for $150 million over allegations of an unregistered XRP offering from December 2020.
The event has attracted a star-studded lineup, including Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-WY), House Majority Whip Tom Emmer, and Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson. The symposium's agenda covers US and global crypto regulation, Bitcoin's role as a corporate treasury asset, and decentralized artificial intelligence infrastructure.
