Gemini AI Predicts Ethereum Could Hit $10,000 in Q4
Google's Gemini AI has made a bold prediction that Ethereum (ETH) could surge to $10,000 or more in the coming quarter. This forecast comes despite Ethereum's current struggles, with the asset trading at around 52% below its all-time high of $4,953.73 reached in August 2025. Exchange reserves have fallen to a decade-low, and around 35% of all ETH is currently locked in staking, indicating a tightening supply.
According to the AI, Ethereum's price could reach $6,500 to $8,500 by January 1, 2027, in a bull-case scenario. In highly favorable market conditions, the stretch target is $10,000 to $12,000. Achieving this would require sustained interest rate cuts, rising institutional ETH holdings, heightened DeFi and staking activity, and renewed engagement from retail investors.
The technical analysis suggests that Ethereum's current price is approaching a key level of $4,000, which could act as an intermediate checkpoint. If ETH can reclaim this supply zone, it could push back into uncharted territory above $4,953, where it has historically posted the fastest gains.
