Gemini Partners with Apex Fintech Solutions to Bring Prediction Markets to Apex's Distribution Network

Gemini, a regulated crypto exchange, has entered into a collaboration with Apex Fintech Solutions to bring its prediction markets to Apex's distribution network. The partnership will make Gemini the exclusive CFTC-regulated venue for crypto event contracts distributed through Apex's Futures Commission Merchant to Apex brokerage customers.

The alliance builds on Gemini's existing licenses and approvals, including its CFTC Derivatives Clearing Organization license and Designated Contract Market license. This collaboration could expand beyond crypto event contracts to include other markets such as sports, economics, and financial markets in the future.

Gemini has stated that it will handle both execution and clearing for these contracts, which will be distributed through Apex's FCM network. The partnership also includes a 0% commission U.S. stock-trading rollout supported by Apex Clearing.
