Gemini Posts Record-Breaking Quarterly Loss Amid Revenue Growth
Gemini's latest financial report reveals a $107.7 million net loss in Q2 2026, marking its fourth consecutive quarterly loss. Despite this, revenue rose 37% year over year to $45.5 million, thanks to growth in services, credit card and staking revenue.
The exchange revenue fell 38% due to weakened trading activity, while assets on the platform dropped 54% to $8.4 billion partly due to lower crypto prices and institutional custody outflows.
Gemini is diversifying its revenue streams by expanding into prediction markets and stock trading.
