Global Crypto Market Sees Significant Gains as BTC Surpasses Weekly High

The global cryptocurrency market saw significant gains over the past 24 hours, with the total market cap rising by 2.3% to $2.87 trillion.

BTC, the leading cryptocurrency, climbed to a price of $81,361.10, marking a 5.5% increase for the week and a 0.3% gain over the past day.

Ethereum also saw an uptick in value, trading at $2,662.21, up 1.6% from yesterday and 6.8% higher than seven days ago.

Galaxy Digital's research head, Alex Thorn, noted that Bitcoin reclaiming its 50-week moving average confirms the bear market bottom.
