GlucoTrack Stock Surges 118% After Lōkahi Secures First Partnership Deal
GlucoTrack (GCTK) stock surged in premarket trading after its subsidiary Lōkahi Therapeutics secured its first external fee-for-service partnership with Innovate GBM, a nonprofit focused on glioblastoma research.
The deal marks a significant milestone for Lōkahi as it is the first outside organization to use the company's asset-identification process, which runs through 14 university partnerships.
GlucoTrack traded at $4.42, up around 118% from its previous price, making it one of the biggest movers on a list that included names like Digital Currency X Technology and Greenland Mines.
As part of its post-merger strategic update, GlucoTrack announced that it will continue to focus on glucose monitoring through its subsidiary, while shifting capital and core operations towards Lōkahi's therapeutic asset platform.
