Goldman Sachs Returns as Largest Institutional Holder of XRP ETFs Amid Price Surge
Goldman Sachs has reclaimed its position as the largest institutional holder of XRP ETFs after re-entering the market with $86.50 million in five different products, according to Q2 2026 filings with the U.S. SEC.
The bank's previous XRP ETF position was worth around $152 million before it exited last quarter, and its return is just one of several major banks that have disclosed XRP ETF holdings this quarter, including JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of America.
XRP itself has seen a surge in price, up over 40% in the past week to trade around $1.31-$1.38, with trading volume increasing by 156% in 24 hours.
