Goldman Sachs Scoops Up Crypto-Focused ETF Provider in $2.25 Billion Deal

Goldman Sachs is set to acquire NEOS Investments for $2.25 billion in a deal that will expand its presence in the ETF market.

The acquisition will bring three crypto-focused ETFs under Goldman's control: Neos Bitcoin High Income ETF (BTCI), Boosted Bitcoin High Income ETF (XBCI), and Ethereum High Income ETF (NEHI).

BTCI, the largest of these funds, has over $1 billion in assets under management.

The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
