Grayscale Boosts Chainlink Exposure Amid Institutional Interest
Grayscale has significantly increased its exposure to Chainlink (LINK) in recent weeks. According to reports, the company purchased an additional 159,480 LINK tokens valued at nearly $2.36 million through its Chainlink ETF.
This move is part of a broader trend of institutional investors increasing their interest in Chainlink, with Bitwise filing plans to allocate 20% of its fund's holdings towards staking.
Meanwhile, Bottomline has initiated Global Pay Connect using the Chainlink ecosystem, expanding blockchain-based settlement usage across its banking network. This move is significant as Bottomline serves over 600 banks and handles over $16 trillion in payments annually.
Chainlink's price has reflected the broader market recovery but has encountered resistance at its 2026 high of $15.80. A strong weekly close above this level could expose further upside potential, potentially targeting the $17.63 region or even the psychological $20 level.
