Grayscale Boosts Chainlink Holdings Amid Institutional Interest
Grayscale's investment in Chainlink continues to grow. In September, the company added over 629,000 LINK tokens to its holdings, valued at approximately $8.37 million based on reported transactions.
This month alone, Grayscale has accumulated at least 629,100 LINK tokens, with recent purchases including 88,661 and 203,810 LINK in separate weeks.
Bitwise is also making moves to expand institutional access to Chainlink through its ETF prospectus, filed on September 28. The product, which will be listed under the ticker CLNK, has a primary objective of providing exposure to the value of LINK held by the trust.
The filing leaves room for staking in the future, stating that the trust may amend its registration statement to allow staking as a secondary investment objective.
