Grayscale Chainlink ETF Takes Hit as Link Price Dives

The Grayscale Chainlink Trust ETF (GLNK) has seen its value decline sharply after Chainlink's (LINK) price slid by 18% in the last quarter. The trust holds 10,030,901.11 LINK tokens as its sole asset, which was worth $72.2 million at its principal-market close on June 30.

The fund's assets under management have remained flat at $72.2 million, despite some analysts predicting it could reach $150 million to $300 million by mid-2026 in a base case. The decline is solely due to the decrease in LINK's price, as investor inflows were absorbed by the 18% drop.

Grayscale charges an annual sponsor's fee of 0.35% on GLNK's assets, which has remained unchanged since its conversion from a Delaware trust to an ETF in December 2025. The company waived part of this fee until early March 2026 to smooth the transition, consistent with its pattern across other trust-to-ETF conversions.
