Grayscale Sees Zcash Soaring to $8,100 by 2030
Grayscale's research team has made a bullish forecast for Zcash (ZEC), predicting that it could reach $8,100 by 2030 if the coin captures 10% of Bitcoin's total market capitalization.
The team's analysis highlights Zcash's competitive advantages over Bitcoin, including its sophisticated privacy capabilities and technological evolution to address potential quantum computing threats and enhance interoperability across different blockchain networks.
The launch of Grayscale's first U.S. spot ETF (ZCSH) on NYSE Arca has also contributed to increased trading activity, with $14.8 million in first-day trading volume and a price of $63.10 at the end of its first session.
ZEC prices surged approximately 70% in recent weeks and posted gains exceeding 350% year-to-date, but Grayscale's research team believes that capturing just 2% additional market share relative to Bitcoin would propel ZEC beyond the $1,622 threshold.
