Grayscale has taken another step towards launching its Zcash ETF, setting management fees at 2.5% per year in a recent filing with the SEC.

The fees will be calculated daily on the net asset value held by the trust and will be used to promote the fund and support initiatives related to development, marketing, and education around Zcash.

Grayscale plans to list its shares on NYSE Arca under the ticker ZCSH, with a listing date expected around August 25, pending regulatory approval.

The move comes as ZEC has surged to an 8-year high, surpassing $850 in price and increasing by about 34% over 24 hours.
