H100 CEO Buys Millions of Shares Amid Growing Bitcoin Holdings
H100's CEO Eirik Grøttum recently purchased 407,163 shares of H100 through his associated company Kode Oslo for SEK 621,887. This significant equity purchase has boosted insider holdings to over 5.3 million shares.
This transaction is separate from the company's Bitcoin treasury, which remains at 3,506.4 BTC following a major Norwegian acquisition in August that added 2,455 BTC without cash payment.
The acquisition involved issuing 790 million new shares, significantly diluting existing shareholders but increasing Bitcoin exposure.
H100 is also considering future share buybacks under new Swedish rules, though no program has been announced yet.
