H100 Reports Hefty Losses Amid Decline in Bitcoin Value
H100 Group, a Sweden-listed health-tech and Bitcoin treasury company, has reported significant financial losses in the second quarter and first half of this year. The pre-tax loss for Q2 was 98 million Swedish kronor ($10.3 million), while the loss for H1 2026 was 253 million kronor.
The majority of the Q2 loss can be attributed to a non-cash write-down due to Bitcoin's price decline during the period. H100 acquired two smaller Norwegian Bitcoin treasury firms in August, bringing its total Bitcoin holdings to 3,506 BTC, valued at around $226 million.
This acquisition made H100 Europe's second-largest Bitcoin treasury company by holdings, behind Germany's Bitcoin Group with 3,605 BTC. The deal has not been a success for investors, as H100's share price has fallen 4.2% on Tuesday and is down 24% year-to-date.
