Hanwha Launches Tokenized Securities Platform in South Korea
Hanwha is planning to launch a tokenized securities platform in South Korea. The move aims to provide wider access to various asset classes for Indonesian investors through easy, secure, and affordable micro-investment products.
The platform will be facilitated by PT PG Berjangka as a Derivatives Broker, which is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (OJK) for financial derivative products with underlying securities. Transactions will be recorded on the Jakarta Futures Exchange (JFX) and the Indonesian Futures Clearing House (KBI).
Hanwha's tokenized securities platform will offer a range of investment options, including US Stocks, ETFs, Options, Indonesian Stocks, Crypto Assets, Digital Financial Asset Derivatives, Mutual Funds, and Gold. All investments involve risks and the possibility of a loss in investment value.
