Hashdex NASDAQ CME Crypto Index ETF Expands Crypto Operations

The Hashdex Nasdaq CME Crypto Index ETF has made significant moves to expand its crypto operations. The trust has amended its Sponsor Agreement, permitting staking and aligning governance and income allocation to support a new staking program.

This change was implemented through the Third Amendment to the Sponsor Agreement, signed on July 23, 2026. The agreement enables staking and establishes income allocation mechanics, allowing for increased operational flexibility.

In addition to this amendment, the trust has executed an Authorized Participant Agreement with Marex Capital Markets to manage basket creations and redemptions, enhancing primary market liquidity.

The trust has also entered a Master Purchase and Sale Agreement with JSCT to trade digital assets on a principal-to-principal basis, supporting portfolio execution and liquidity.
