BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes has predicted that Bitcoin could reach $126,000 by the end of 2026. His forecast is based on a growing global debt problem and rising pressure on bond markets.

Hayes believes that policymakers will have no choice but to inject more money into the system, creating a strong setup for Bitcoin.

The growing U.S. debt burden, currently at $40 trillion, is seen as one of the biggest issues facing markets. Hayes argues that keeping rates high for too long could put more pressure on Treasury markets.
