Hedera Expands Partner Network With Cybersecurity and Latin American Expertise

Hedera Council is expanding its partner network with two new additions: WISeKey and SpaceDev.

WISeKey, a Swiss technology group, becomes Hedera's fourth Strategic Partner. The company specializes in cybersecurity, digital identity, and Internet of Things solutions, adding expertise in device authentication and secure data exchange to the ecosystem.

The collaboration extends work already underway through SEALCOIN, a WISeKey subsidiary focused on autonomous machine-to-machine transactions. Its platform is designed to let connected devices identify, authenticate, and exchange value without constant human intervention, supported by post-quantum security technologies.

The partnership connects Hedera with sectors where blockchain infrastructure intersects with cybersecurity and IoT systems. SpaceDev, a Latin American software company, becomes Hedera's eighth Community Partner. The company has used Hedera through its Blockchain for Energy platform, converting carbon-capture initiatives into auditable on-chain assets and helping replace manual processes with automated digital workflows.
