Helium Network Unveils Operating System for Telecoms Amid Ongoing Rally

The Helium Network has been busy making significant developments behind the scenes, despite the price of its native token HNT experiencing a major surge in value.

In the four days following a recent article on the network's rally, Helium published three new blog posts, unveiled a new product category, and expanded its presence into two locations.

The most notable announcement was the launch of HeliumOS, an operating system for telecoms that is already live with a customer. This software platform provides a suite of tools for carriers, including subscriber management, billing, SIM activation, provisioning, and integration with the Helium Network.

Nirvana Tech, a managed services provider, is also using Helium's network to offer a monthly subscription service to businesses that need indoor connectivity without becoming telecom operators themselves. This model has already been implemented in 33 senior living communities.

A two-man team connected a Hawaiian conservation valley to the Helium Network after three months of midnight installation work, demonstrating the network's ability to provide coverage in areas where traditional carriers cannot.
