Helium Soars 134% on Real-World Catalysts and Regulatory Tailwind
The price of Helium (HNT) has skyrocketed 134% in just one month, but this rally is not built on hype or speculation. According to a recent report by NullTX, the news behind HNT's explosive growth is rooted in real-world developments and verifiable announcements.
One such development is the city of Celina, Texas, which officially went live on the Helium Network on August 28. This marked a significant milestone for the network, as it now spans over 42,000 locations serving more than 2.5 million people daily in the U.S. alone.
Additionally, Nova Labs rolled out its No Fee Program for Helium Plus deployers, eliminating connect fees entirely and waiving one-time onboarding costs. This move provides a direct incentive for venues, hotels, restaurants, and stadiums to plug into the network.
The regulatory environment is also becoming more favorable for HNT. The FCC voted unanimously on August 6 to explore opening roughly 200 MHz of unlicensed spectrum for direct-to-device satellite connections, aligning with Helium's own multi-layer connectivity model.
