Hill Predicts CLARITY Act Approval Before Midterm Elections
U.S. Representative French Hill is optimistic that the CLARITY Act will be approved by Congress before the November midterm elections.
Hill, who chairs the House Financial Services Committee, believes that passing the crypto legislation is crucial for the U.S. digital asset industry.
In an interview with Fox Business, he stated, 'I agree with Chairman Atkins of the SEC that passing CLARITY is critical.'
The Senate is set to hold a cloture vote on September 15 at 2:15 p.m. ET, which requires 60 votes to end a Democratic filibuster.
