HINC Fund Debuts as Collateral in DeFi Credit
The Neuberger Berman and Securitize high-yield tokenized fund, HINC, has launched on Loopscale as collateral in DeFi credit. This integration turns the fund into operational collateral within on-chain credit markets.
Eligible users can deposit HINC as collateral to borrow USDG, the stablecoin issued by Paxos, without having to sell their position in the fund. The fund primarily invests in high-yield bonds and other fixed-income instruments.
Loopscale operates with an order book model that offers lending markets with customizable collateral, rates, and durations. This integration enables users to access dollar-denominated liquidity through leading DeFi protocols.
