HIVE Lands $350M GPU Cloud Deal for AI Services
HIVE Digital Technologies has made its second major GPU cloud deal in two months, signing a five-year contract worth approximately $350 million through BUZZ HPC. The agreement will add around $70 million to BUZZ HPC's annualized revenue, bringing the unit's total to about $180 million.
The contract includes the deployment of 2,016 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs in a specialized cluster at the Bell AI Fabric facility in Merritt, British Columbia. The infrastructure is expected to go live in the fourth quarter of 2026 and will be powered by hydroelectric energy using closed-loop liquid cooling.
BUZZ HPC's CEO Aydin Kilic announced that the company aims to reach an Annualized Revenue Run Rate (ARR) target of $200 million by the end of the year. The $350 million contract is a significant milestone for HIVE, marking its second major AI-focused deal in recent months.
