HIVE Secures $350M AI Deal with NVIDIA
HIVE Digital Technologies has announced a significant five-year GPU cloud agreement worth USD 350.00 million, marking a major shift in its business strategy.
The deal is expected to contribute USD 70.00 million annually to HIVE's revenue and lift BUZZ High Performance Computing's annualized revenue to USD 180.00 million through the fourth quarter of 2026.
The agreement involves deploying 2,016 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs at the Bell AI Fabric facility in British Columbia, with deployment scheduled for calendar Q4 2026.
