Hoskinson: Midnight Set to Overtake ZCash Within Two Years

Charles Hoskinson, founder of Cardano, has made a bold prediction that Midnight will surpass ZCash over the next two years. According to Hoskinson, Midnight's strong privacy tools and cross-chain plans are key factors in its potential growth.

Hoskinson highlighted the network's selective disclosure, Private Agents, and abstraction as significant features, which include a DeFi Kernel designed to work across major blockchain networks.

The Cardano founder also emphasized the importance of zero-knowledge proofs, trusted execution environments, and multi-party computation in Midnight's design. He linked the future success of Midnight to Cardano's network strengths, including its continuous uptime and the expected impact of Leios.
