Hoskinson Predicts Midnight Will Outgrow Zcash

Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson has made a bold prediction about Midnight, a privacy-focused blockchain project. According to Hoskinson, Midnight will eventually become bigger than Zcash.

Hoskinson believes this will happen due to the combination of Midnight's features, including its use of selective disclosure, Private Agents, abstraction with a DeFi kernel for all major chains, and Cardano infrastructure.

Midnight is a specialized layer-1 partner chain operating alongside Cardano. It maintains its own ledger and processes transactions independently, while also having important connections with Cardano.

Hoskinson previously described Midnight as 'the most exciting project that we're working on this year' during an April livestream.
