Howell Sees Bitcoin Rising Amid Global Liquidity Surge
Bitcoin's price has been making headlines lately, and one expert believes that it's not headed for a catastrophic crash. According to Michael Howell, a liquidity specialist, governments have shifted their focus towards short-term Treasury bills that essentially function as de facto money printing.
This shift has led to monetary inflation, which Howell argues is the structural release valve for unsustainable long-term debt. As a result, he expects Bitcoin's price to continue rising, rather than plummeting by 90%.
Currently, BTC's price is testing the upper resistance at $88,402.53 within its Bollinger Bands, with an RSI(14) of 76.93 in overbought territory. A healthy retracement towards the EMA50 support at $81,206.01 seems probable before continuation higher.
Howell's model suggests that each 10% global liquidity increase has historically doubled BTC's price prediction. This setup aligns with his bullish trend structure above the EMA200 at $76,439.36, which is reinforced by the MACD golden cross at 1931.27.
