Humain Prepares for Dual Listing Ambition with IPO-Ready Team
Humain, a Saudi Arabian AI company backed by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), is gearing up for its initial public offering (IPO) with an internal team tasked with preparing the company's financials and regulatory submissions.
The company's CEO, Tareq Amin, recently posted on LinkedIn seeking candidates with backgrounds in major management consultancies to join a small team dedicated to IPO preparation. This team will be responsible for complex financial analysis, crafting investor narratives, and producing materials that institutional investors demand before writing large checks.
Humain has previously signaled its ambition for a dual listing on the Saudi exchange and Nasdaq, with a potential listing window roughly 3-4 years from late 2025. This puts a potential listing somewhere around 2028 or 2029.
