Hunter Biden's Meme Token LAPTOP Set for September Launch

A new meme token called LAPTOP is set to launch on Coinbase's Base network on September 9. The token is named after the controversy surrounding a laptop owned by President Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden.

The project team, which includes Hunter Biden, will hold 30% of the total supply of 10 billion tokens. This portion will be locked for six months and completely unlocked within two years.

20% of the tokens will be airdropped to users who lost money on Trump's meme token TRUMP, as well as subscribers to Hunter Biden's Substack newsletter and friends and acquaintances. The remaining 20% will be donated to charity, used for liquidity, or distributed to exchange partners and market makers.

The project team has also established a mechanism to destroy up to 30% of the token supply if certain events occur, such as the Democratic Party winning the 2028 presidential election or Bitcoin reaching a new all-time high.
