HYPE Token Surges Past $92 Amid New Lending Function on Hyperliquid
Hyperliquid's token, HYPE, has reached an all-time high of $92.56 on September 18, 2026, according to CoinGecko.
This represents a 12% increase from the previous day and a significant surge in value for the token.
The price jump is attributed to the introduction of a new lending function on Hyperliquid's platform, which allows users to borrow stablecoins against HYPE or Bitcoin collateral.
With around $269 million worth of loans taken out on the first day, this has increased demand for HYPE and supported its rising price.
