Hyperliquid Bolsters TWAP Orders with Trigger Prices and Dynamic Intervals
Hyperliquid has released an upgrade to its Time-Weighted Average Price (TWAP) order system, adding more flexibility and protection for traders. The update includes trigger prices that allow orders to activate only when a specified price level is reached.
Max and min price boundaries have also been added, which terminate the order if it exceeds or falls below a certain threshold. This feature is designed to prevent large losses due to extreme market fluctuations.
The duration of TWAP orders has been extended to up to seven days, with dynamic suborder intervals that adjust based on the total order size and duration. The minimum order size for TWAP orders has also been reduced to $100 notional, with individual suborders requiring just $10 notional.
