Hyperliquid Gets US Route Through Kraken Parent Payward
Payward, the parent company of Kraken, is planning to deploy on-chain perpetual-futures markets for U.S. clients using Hyperliquid's infrastructure.
The proposal still requires regulatory approval and has not supplied a launch date.
The initial contract list has not been disclosed, but the markets would run on Hyperliquid, which could host perpetuals linked to cryptocurrencies or other eligible assets.
The proposed U.S. trade would be handled by dividing responsibility among Hyperliquid and three regulated businesses owned by Payward: NinjaTrader Clearing, Bitnomial, and Payward itself.
