Hyperliquid Hits Record $96 as US Tokenization Easing Sparks Rally
US regulators have relaxed tokenization rules, sending Hyperliquid to a record $96 and propelling its market value above $20 billion.
The exemption measure has also lifted tokens tied to digital-asset trading and tokenization infrastructure, including UNI, AVAX, ENA, and ONDO. Over the past week, Uniswap (UNI) gained about 40%, while Avalanche (AVAX) climbed 47%. Ethena (ENA) rose about 50% over the same period.
The move has improved investor sentiment despite the CLARITY Act failing to clear a procedural vote in the US Senate. The SEC and CFTC are providing the industry with a regulatory framework under their existing authority, giving the market confidence that the regulatory backdrop is improving.
Bitcoin (BTC) also rose above $86,000, reaching its highest level in eight months. Appetite for risk assets is reviving more broadly alongside gains in technology stocks, according to Carlos Guzman, vice president of research at GSR.
