Hyperliquid Labs is in advanced talks with Payward, Kraken's parent company, to bring its perpetual futures to U.S. traders, according to a report by Bloomberg on August 31.

The proposed arrangement would involve routing trades through Bitnomial, a CFTC-regulated exchange that is part of the Payward structure.

According to the report, a deal would require regulatory sign-off and would allow U.S. traders to use Bitnomial for some perpetual futures tied to the prices of crypto tokens built on Hyperliquid's blockchain.

The talks remain unconfirmed by the companies involved, and Bloomberg described the prospective arrangement as subject to regulatory approval.
