Hyperliquid’s $HYPE token held steady near $90.43 on October 30, 2026, despite a 2.6% daily dip. The token has surged 17.3% over the past week, outperforming Bitcoin, which fell 4% to $76,953 amid a record hot-wallet theft at Binance. $HYPE’s resilience is attributed to the October 29 deal between Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and Trade[XYZ], which aims to bring perpetual markets onshore in the U.S., pending regulatory approval.

The token’s market capitalization stands at $21.67 billion, ranking it tenth among crypto assets. Trading volume reached $2.28 billion, indicating strong participation. The ICE agreement has bolstered $HYPE’s price, with the token trading between $88 and $95 since the announcement. However, it remains 7.7% below its September 23 all-time high of $97.96.

Looking ahead, $HYPE faces a critical supply event on November 6, when 9,916,667 tokens worth approximately $897 million are set to unlock. This could create selling pressure, though Hyperliquid’s buyback program may help offset the impact. The token’s near-term outlook depends on holding above $88 support and clearing $94.98 resistance to reclaim its all-time high.

The Binance hack did not directly drive $HYPE’s gains, as most of its weekly rise occurred before the full scope of the theft was known. Instead, the token’s performance is tied to the ICE deal and its relative strength in a broader market selloff.
