Hyperliquid's Priority Fees Boost Revenue Amid Institutional Selling Pressure

Hyperliquid has found a new way to boost its revenue by introducing priority fees for faster trade execution on its crypto exchange. The company claims this innovation has generated $5.07 million in revenue since April, marking a significant milestone in its growth trajectory.

Despite the strong revenue growth, Hyperliquid's native token HYPE has been facing selling pressure from institutional investors. According to recent market data, HYPE has lost about 24% of its value over the past 30 days due to persistent selling by big players like Multicoin Capital and Bitwise.

The influx of institutional holders depositing large amounts of HYPE tokens on exchanges has increased the token's supply, keeping its price below its peak. Market analysts believe that sustained price recovery will depend on buyers absorbing this increased supply first.
