Hyperscale Data, Inc., reported holding approximately $36 million in cash and restricted cash, as well as 215 Bitcoin units, as of September 3. The company's combined cash, restricted cash, and Bitcoin holdings totaled around $53 million, based on a Bitcoin price of about $81,500.

According to Executive Chairman Milton 'Todd' Ault III, the company sold part of its Bitcoin holdings and used the proceeds to support the buildout of its Michigan AI data center. The facility is being prepared for a master services agreement with a California-based neocloud provider that could generate over $1.2 billion in revenue over 20 years.

The data center, operated by Hyperscale's wholly owned subsidiary Sentinum, Inc., offers colocation and hosting services. The company also has another subsidiary, Ault Capital Group, Inc., a hybrid private equity firm that it plans to divest in 2027.
