Hyperscale Data Reaffirms 2027 Outlook Ahead of Investor Day
Hyperscale Data, Inc. (GGPUS) has reaffirmed its ambitious 2027 outlook, targeting $300 million to $350 million in revenue and $60 million to $80 million in adjusted EBITDA. The company has scheduled an Investor Day on November 12 to discuss the potential sale of its Michigan campus, previously estimated to be worth between $750 million and $1.25 billion. During the event, Hyperscale will also provide updates on an agreement with a California-based neocloud provider, which includes an initial 20 MW of AI compute capacity set to launch in November 2026, with options to expand to 52 MW. This deployment could generate over $3 billion in revenue over 20 years.
Having already invested over $70 million in Alliance Cloud Services and the Michigan site, Hyperscale estimates the campus could ultimately support over 300 MW, depending on financing, approvals, infrastructure, and demand. The company is also reviewing strategic options for its subsidiaries, Sentinum, Inc. and askROI, Inc., and plans to separate its Bitcoin mining operations from its Michigan and Montana data centers into Patriot BTC. This move aims to focus the Michigan Campus on AI compute while isolating Bitcoin mining operations.
Investor Day will cover Hyperscale’s diverse business segments, including defense, energy, real estate, finance, and technology, as well as blockchain initiatives at Ault Markets, Inc. Executive Chairman Milton “Todd” Ault III emphasized the company’s focus on delivering contracted capacity in the Michigan Campus and converting that investment into cash flow. As of publication, Hyperscale Data shares were up 1.80% at $0.17.
