Hyperscale Data Reveals $51M Bitcoin and Cash Holdings Exceed Market Cap
Hyperscale Data Inc., a company specializing in AI data centers and colocation services, has disclosed its financial holdings as of September 13. The company reported holding approximately $16.7 million worth of Bitcoin (BTC) at a value of $76,838.16 per coin, as well as around $34.3 million in cash and restricted cash.
This combined total of $51 million represents roughly 136% of Hyperscale Data's market capitalization based on its closing stock price on the previous Sunday. In a statement, Executive Chairman Milton 'Todd' Ault III highlighted the company's substantial financial resources relative to its current market value, citing flexibility for continued work on transforming its Michigan AI data center.
Hyperscale Data operates through its subsidiary Sentinum Inc., which owns and manages data centers for various industries. The company also has a private equity firm, Ault Capital Group Inc., that it plans to divest in 2027, after which Hyperscale Data will focus on data center operations and digital asset holdings.
