Hyperscale Data Reveals $56M in Bitcoin and Cash Holdings

Hyperscale Data, Inc., a company focused on AI data center projects, has disclosed its financial holdings. As of Friday, the company held approximately $18.5 million worth of Bitcoin, valued at $84,458 per unit, and a total of $37.5 million in cash and restricted cash.

This brings Hyperscale Data's total liquid assets to $56 million, which is roughly 153% of its current market capitalization based on the company's common stock closing price on Saturday.

The financial position supports the company's ability to deliver on commitments to its customers and bring the initial phase of its Michigan AI data center project online. The project is a key focus for Hyperscale Data, with Executive Chairman Milton 'Todd' Ault III stating that the company is working to bring the initial contracted capacity online.

The company's subsidiary Alliance Cloud Services, LLC, previously entered into a long-term master services agreement for AI infrastructure deployment at the Michigan facility. Following the divestiture of its subsidiary Ault Capital Group, Inc. in 2027, Hyperscale Data plans to focus on data center operations supporting high-performance computing services and digital asset holdings.
