Hyperscale Data has successfully raised $30 million through a Bitcoin-collateralized DeFi loan on Morpho Protocol. The company used approximately 4.9% variable annual interest rate to secure the financing, which will fund its Michigan facility expansion and general working capital requirements.

The loan agreement permits Hyperscale Data to maintain ownership of collateralized Bitcoin under the arrangement, enabling the company to unlock capital from its reserves without liquidating holdings for operational funding.

Hyperscale Data aims to allocate a portion of borrowed funds toward its Michigan data center facility, which represents a cornerstone of the company's infrastructure expansion blueprint. The fresh capital will provide resources for construction activities, hardware procurement, and property improvements.
