The cryptocurrency market in India showed a mixed performance on October 4, 2026. Bitcoin (BTC) led the gains with a 2.06% increase, reaching ₹83,31,844. Ethereum (ETH) also rose by 1.43%, trading at ₹2,62,585. Other notable gainers included XRP (2.29%), Solana (1.53%), and Cardano (6.34%), which saw the highest surge among the top coins.
Stablecoins like Tether (USDT), USDC, and USDS remained relatively unchanged, with minimal fluctuations. Tether (USDT) was priced at ₹96.31, while USDC and USDS both stood at ₹96.32. These stablecoins continued to provide a stable trading environment for investors.
On the downside, Monero (XMR) declined by 1.75%, trading at ₹52,603. Bitcoin Cash (BCH) also fell by 0.81%, priced at ₹30,707. Other coins like Avalanche (AVAX) and Quant (QNT) experienced minor losses, with AVAX down by 0.13% and QNT dropping by 0.50%.
