Infosys Teams Up with Chainlink on Blockchain Infrastructure for Financial Institutions
Infosys, a global IT leader, has partnered with Chainlink to explore blockchain infrastructure for financial institutions. The collaboration will cover various components of Chainlink's infrastructure stack, including cross-chain connectivity, compliance, financial data, and reserve verification.
The partnership spans several Chainlink services, such as the Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP), Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE), Automated Compliance Engine (ACE), Proof of Reserve, Data Feeds, and Data Streams. Infosys said its financial-services technology supports systems serving more than 1.7 billion customer accounts worldwide.
The agreement is currently at the infrastructure level, with no specific bank or financial institution named for deployment. The commercial terms of the partnership have not been disclosed.
