INJ Price Teeters on the Brink of a Mean-Reversion
Injective (INJ) has been on a remarkable run, reclaiming its structural trend and trading above its major moving averages. At $7.71, INJ is sitting above its 7-, 20-, 50-, and 200-day simple moving averages, with the SMA 200 down at $4.51. This alignment doesn't happen by accident, it's a market that has been systematically re-accumulated.
The recent breakout to $8.35 was significant, but the tape is now flashing warning signs. The Bollinger Band %B reading of 1.04 means INJ is printing outside of the upper band, which can resolve in two ways: a powerful continuation burst or a sharp mean-reversion back toward the middle band at $5.85.
The MACD setup is also concerning, with a flatlined histogram and converging signal line and MACD line. Momentum has stalled, and RSI is knocking on the door of overbought territory at 69.64.
