Institutional Rotation Hits Crypto Market as Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs See Heavy Trading
The cryptocurrency market has seen significant institutional rotation in recent days, according to data from @lookonchain. Bitcoin ETFs have been hit with a $150M daily outflow on October 1, while Ethereum ETFs saw a 5,171 ETH ($13.89M) daily netflow.
Despite the daily outflows, the 7-day inflows for Bitcoin ETFs reached +3,096 BTC (+$258.99M), indicating ongoing interest in these investment vehicles. Ethereum ETFs, on the other hand, have seen a surge in 7-day inflows with +41,041 ETH (+$110.24M).
These figures suggest that institutional investors are actively rotating their funds between different cryptocurrency assets, highlighting the volatility and liquidity of the market.
