Interactive Strength Unwinds FET Treasury with $1.239 Million Preferred Share Issuance
Interactive Strength has completed the liquidation of its FET treasury, which was established with $55.56 million in senior secured convertible exchangeable notes sold for $50 million.
The company used these funds to buy and hold FET tokens, but by the end of 2025, it had run out of room for growth and decided to unwind the position.
On July 28, Interactive Strength issued a stock dividend with 619,584 preferred shares, valued at $1.239 million in minimum base liquidation preference.
This new issuance ranks ahead of common equity in a liquidation scenario, with Series A shares carrying an 8% cumulative dividend annually and Series C shares compounding at 15%.
