Interfold Network Launches Network Alpha on Mainnet and Second Round of FOLD Auctions
The Interfold network has announced two major developments: the second round of FOLD auctions is now live, and Network Alpha has launched on mainnet. The second auction offers a limited portion of 2% of the total FOLD supply through Uniswap's continuous liquidation auction mechanism.
The auction began on August 17 at 14:06 UTC and will run until August 19 at 13:06 UTC, with an initial price of 0.02154816 USDC per FOLD, consistent with the liquidation price from the first auction. Fifty percent of the auction proceeds will be dedicated to long-term on-chain liquidity support.
Network Alpha is the production version of Interfold's vision for a distributed network that enables independent parties to generate shared and verifiable results from information they cannot directly reveal to each other. On mainnet, the Encrypted Execution Environment (E3) can complete its full lifecycle from deployment to execution.
