J.P. Morgan Deposits $900M in Tokenized Assets onto Ethereum
J.P. Morgan has become one of the largest institutional players moving financial assets onto a public blockchain, reaching $900 million in tokenized money market funds on Ethereum.
The bank's strategy is designed to represent traditional cash-management products in a blockchain-native format, giving J.P. Morgan a real-time, programmable version of assets that would normally settle through slower, more manual processes.
This investment adds weight to a broader pattern: large financial institutions are increasingly comfortable putting real money behind Ethereum's infrastructure rather than treating it as a speculative sideline.
