Jetking AGM Looms as SAT Ruling Pressures Equity-Based Crypto Fundraising Model
Jetking Infotrain is set to hold its 42nd annual general meeting (AGM) on September 29, 2026. The AGM comes four months after the Securities Appellate Tribunal rejected Jetking's appeal in May 2026.
The SAT ruling blocked Jetking from listing shares issued to fund its Bitcoin purchases through CoinDCX. This has put pressure on Jetking's equity-based crypto fundraising model, which relies on listing shares to raise funds for buying BTC.
Jetking had issued 3,96,156 shares at ₹154 each in May 2025, raising roughly ₹6.1 crore for the company. The proceeds were combined with existing cash to purchase Bitcoin through CoinDCX.
